OUR MISSION AS A MENTAL HEALTH NONPROFIT
To remove barriers to care by delivering integrated mental health, wellness, home support, and community services to underserved populations.

More Than One Need. One Place to Start.
We recognize that well-being is influenced by far more than mental health alone. A person may need counseling while also struggling with housing. A family may need help understanding benefits while caring for a loved one with a disability. Someone seeking Social Security disability benefits may also need healthcare, transportation, food assistance, or connections to other community resources.
Harbor Hope takes a whole-person approach. Rather than viewing each challenge in isolation, we help individuals identify barriers, understand available options, and connect with services and resources that can support greater stability, independence, and well-being.
Our Story
Harbor Hope Community Services is a mental health nonprofit created from a simple belief: getting help should not be so difficult
Individuals and families often face more than one challenge at a time. Mental health concerns may exist alongside disability, financial hardship, housing instability, transportation barriers, difficulty accessing benefits, or uncertainty about where to turn for help.
Unfortunately, the systems designed to provide assistance can be complicated and fragmented. People are often left trying to navigate multiple agencies, applications, providers, and programs while already experiencing significant stress.
Harbor Hope was created to help bridge those gaps.
By bringing together mental health and wellness services, community support, resource navigation, advocacy, and practical assistance, Harbor Hope helps individuals and families identify their needs, connect with appropriate resources, and find a clearer path forward.
Our Mental Health Nonprofit Approach

COMPASSION
We meet people with dignity, empathy, and respect. Every person's circumstances are different, and support should reflect their individual needs.

ACCESS
We work to reduce financial, geographic, informational, and systemic barriers that can prevent people from receiving care and accessing essential resources.

CONNECTION
We help connect individuals, families, providers, and community organizations so people are not left navigating complicated systems alone.

EMPOWERMENT
Our goal is not simply to connect people with services, but to help individuals build knowledge, confidence, stability, and greater independence.
